Return Policy

We accept returns only on damaged discs with proof of signature from freight carrier that merchandise was damaged when shipped. We observe and respect all copyright laws worldwide and cannot accept opened items as returns. We do delivery confirmation tracking to all addresses for our safety. Any shipment with confirmed delivery receipt can not be disputed. If we make an error, the product is free and shipping is on us, your money will be refunded. We will NOT return any opened packages unless the product is defective and contains no scratches, any such product returns will not result in proper credit.
